Important notes before registering:

• The season registration fee is $660. If your company has corporate matching and/or you’d like to make a donation this season, please complete the registration forms, but contact us at rglaxc@gmail.com before you send in your check.

• Before registration, please ensure your player has a current USA Lacrosse Membership, it is required before registering for insurance purposes.  This can be completed here: https://www.usalacrosse.com/membership
